how it works
How to practice the Tarot-Chi™ system of exercise
There are 22 Major Cards in a traditional, classic, Tarot deck.
There are 22 "Forms" in the practice of Tarot-Chi™.
A "Form" is a series of movements inspired by each of the major cards.
Each of the 22 forms has, on average, 10 actions or movements inspired by the individual card.
Each series of movements takes about 30 seconds to complete (some more, some less).
All combined, there are over 200 gentle movements in the exercise system of Tarot-Chi™.
The entire exercise system of Tarot-Chi™ is completed in around 11 minutes.
These pictures show you some of the movements in the first 3 Forms

There are debates in the tarot community about naming and numbering of some of the cards, use of cards, card position, and many more issues. That is not my concern, and I don't want to jump into any arguments. The FOOL card is usually not numbered, or it might be seen as #22. Sometimes #8 and #11 are switched. It often depends on which author you read and which mystical mind inspired that particular deck.
Just know this -
The Tarot cards as used in TAROT-CHI™ tell the story of life, from beginning to end, birth to death, male and female, earthly and divine, alpha and omega. Tarot cards offer up a glimpse of the individual's psychological process, an unfolding of the archetypes present in each person. Tarot tells an over-arching story of life! THIS is how we use Tarot in TAROT-CHI™.
