WELCOME TO TAROT-CHI™

This exercise system is gentle and easy. It relaxes and energizes you from head to toe. The exercises are designed to be done standing, but can be accomplished while seated, too.

The movements are grouped into 22 sections, or "Forms." Each form has several movements that corresponds to a specific card in the Tarot.

All tarot decks have several things in common, mainly the way the system is divided into Major cards (22 of them) and minor cards. The minor cards are then divided into 4 different sections based on the 4 classic elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air. In Tarot-Chi™, only the MAJOR CARDS are used. There are 22 of them, and each card inspires one of the "Forms."

There is not one specific Tarot deck that inspired Tarot-Chi™. You don't even need a set of cards to practice this exercise system. All you need is the instruction book and about 10-12 minutes each day! WELCOME TO TAROT-CHI™
